Carr/Norfolk Southern (Carlyle) Design Review Board 

Description:

The Carr/Norfolk Southern (Carlyle) Design Review Board will review the architectural proposals for buildings within the project area and approve the final design of each building to be constructed on the blocks or portions thereof. They may also approve minor changes sought by applicant to the design guidelines applicable to the blocks or portions thereof.

1 Citizen Member selected annually by City Council
2 Members from one or more design professions who shall be selected annually by the above three members
