Structured meetings led by a trained facilitator that incorporates private, uninterrupted family time to reach a consensus decision on a plan for child safety, stability, permanency, and maintaining family connection. 

Family Partnership Meetings

Structured meetings led by a trained facilitator who guides the family to reach a Family Plan by consensus with service providers’ support. 

These programs are open to current clients of the Department of Community and Human Services. Interested clients may inquire with their caseworker.
