Office of Community Services (OCS) provides rental assistance to eligible,
low-income persons facing a housing crisis.
The goal is to help stabilize the household and to prevent the household
from becoming homeless. To request any

Senior Rent Relief Program
program offers cash grants of up to $6000 per year to low-income renters who
are 65 or older or permanently and totally disabled and who have no other
assistance to help pay their rent. Applications are renewed annually and are
due by May 1. Applications received after this date may be placed on a waiting
list depending on available funding.
applicants will receive monthly benefits on a sliding scale based on their
income. Combined income for all persons living in the home must be less than
$25,600 per year. Applicants must provide proof of income and proof of
