Notes

  1. Personal Property Taxes/Motor Vehicle License:  The FY 2012 vehicle assessments included 5,000 more cars than the FY 2011 billing.  This increased revenue of about $1 million has been considered in the development of the FY 2013 budget.
  2. Business License Taxes:  The decrease is a result of the timing of payments.
  3. Other Local Taxes: The decrease is a result of the timing of payments.
  4. Charges for Service:  The increase is the result of the budgeted increase in meter fees implemented for the newly installed multi-space meters.
