Alexandria Archaeology Ornament-Decorating Workshop December 3

The Alexandria Archaeology Museum will host an ornament-decorating workshop on Saturday, December 3, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This free event is great holiday fun for families and is held in the afternoon on the same day as the annual Scottish Walk parade.

Be inspired by the colors and patterns of pottery excavated in Alexandria and make a memorable holiday keepsake!  Participants can decorate and take home dough ornaments which are shaped like artifacts from the museum’s own collection.

The Alexandria Archaeology Museum is located on the third floor of the Torpedo Factory Art Center, 105 North Union Street, #327, in Old Town Alexandria.
