On June 22, 2010, City Council adopted new small business zoning regulations.   The purpose of these zoning changes is to improve, expand and continue the work on the small business zoning program that began in 2008.  City Council approved a number of recommendations which included expanding the administrative SUP process to include valet parking, outdoor dining and massage establishments, allowing additional uses in industrial zones, eliminating the SUP requirement for businesses in Cameron Station.  Summary of the 2010 small business zoning changes.
