These tables show the average appreciation rates and average assessed values for each of the study groups in Small Area 8. To find a parcel's study group number, look on the assessment notice or locate the parcel in the assessment database.

Each study group is comprised of properties with similar characteristics. The properties in a given study group were analyzed together to help determine the assessment for each parcel in the group.
