Live grant workshop webinar for Fiscal Year 2015
- Friday, February 28, 2014 - City's server to receive electronic application by 12 midnight.
Completed on-line grant application needs to be received by the City's server by 12 midnight. In addition, one hard copy of the application should be received by 5 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 at the Durant Arts Center, 1605 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA

Grant applicants meet with appropriate grant Resource Panel
Alexandria Commission for the Arts holds a Public Hearing and Formal Action Meeting Fiscal Year 2015 for grant application funding recommendations.
- May 20
Grant application funding confirmation and/or adjustments of conditional award amounts previously made.
Official notification in writing to recipients of Fiscal Year 2014 - 2015 grant awards.
- July 1
All projects or organizations receiving funding for Fiscal Year 2014 - 2015 may begin their activities.
The Office of the Arts staff begins to process the first installment of the award. Processing will take between 4 to 6 weeks.
- June 15
Final Reports due for Fiscal Year 2015 activities. Cash Match requirements must be met.
- June 30
All Fiscal Year 2015 funded activities end.
