Sorry but the trucks are a community issue and we are getting ready to go to the community on this.  
We need to get TES linked up with the contractor - we do control the haul route once they leave the property as I understand it

That's a minor deal, and NS really doesn't have any control over it (all they can do is tell the truckers to call TES).

I think this conversation needs to be about what we still need from NS to keep the facility/City safe.
