For Immediate Release: March 16, 2016

Prepare to arrive in New Orleans’s historic French Quarter during the 2016 Fostering the Future Gala, Friday, April 8, from 7-10 p.m. at Hotel Monaco, 480 King St.

An “Evening in the French Quarter” awaits guests with hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, desserts, a silent auction and music and dancing courtesy of the TC Jazz Combo and the Kate Moran Band. All proceeds benefit The Fund for Alexandria’s Child, which helps foster children enjoy experiences other kids sometimes take for granted.

The Fund for Alexandria's Child works to enhance the quality of life for children in foster care and children at risk of abuse and neglect by promoting community awareness, involvement and resource development. The Fund’s mission is achieved by providing children with activities such as dance, art and karate lessons, summer camping, school field trips, scouting and team sports.
