Thursday, July 9 – Census 2010 Complete Count Committee Meeting

In March 2009, City Council established a Complete Count Committee to help develop a strategy to ensure an accurate count and promote participation by all residents. It is critical that all City residents are counted since Census data are used to distribute Congressional seats to states, to make decisions about what community services to provide, and to distribute $300 billion in federal funds to local, state and tribal governments each year.
