SOLD OUT for school year 2017-2018
Beginning with the 2017–2018 school year, parking on the Chinquapin Loop Road will require a parking permit during school days. The new system will provide a maximum of 160 permits to T.C. Williams High School students and Alexandria City Public School (ACPS) staff to park on the loop road during school days. A Chinquapin Loop Road parking permit will be required September through June, Monday–Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The parking permit fee is $120 and the permit is valid for the 2017–2018 school year. Vehicles without a permit during these times will be ticketed and/or towed, with enforcement beginning Monday, September 18.
Parking Permits can also be accessed by using the Shop menu at alexandriava.gov/WebTrac. Once a household account has been created and login completed, use the shopping cart icon to complete the transaction.
Once purchased online, parking permits were available for pick up in person as follows:
- Monday, August 28 through Thursday, August 31 from noon to 4 p.m. at Chinquapin, 3210 King St.
- Thursday, August 31 (TC Orientation) from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at TC Williams, 3330, King St.
- Tuesday, September 5 through Thursday, September 7 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Chinquapin, 3210 King St.
- Tuesday September 12 (TC Back to School Night) from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at TC Williams, 3330 King St.
Permits may also be purchased and picked up in person during the dates and times above.

Note: The Chinquapin Loop Road Parking Permit program is consistent with the ACPS provided Parking Management Plan as approved with the DSUP for the new TC Williams High School.
