Special Financial Memoranda to City Council
The Monthly Financial Report details the City's General Fund revenues and expenditures as of the last day of the month, compares revenues and expenditures to the same period in the previous fiscal year, and provides an assessment of the current state of the economy. This report is presented to City Council by the City Manager and made available to the public.

The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) represent the City's overall financial position at the end of each fiscal year and reports the City's activities and balances for each fiscal year. The City has received 34 consecutive Certificates of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA).
