CAREER (City of Alexandria Reaches Excellence in Employment & Recruitment) is the City of Alexandria's new online employment and applicant tracking system, and is a user-friendly, web-based application designed to deliver services to applicants in a more cost-effective, efficient way.
With CAREER, applicants are now able to:
- Save and retrieve applications
- Easily apply for multiple positions
- Receive e-mails regarding application status and upcoming vacancies
- View history of previous applications
- Submit a job interest card to learn about future career opportunities

After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Create Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening.
