The Office of Labor Relations (OLR) serves as the City’s central resource for labor-management relations, and collective bargaining. OLR works in partnership with City leadership, departments, and recognized employee organizations to support effective labor relations practices.

To foster stable, collaborative, and effective labor-management relationships through collective bargaining, contract administration, and strategic labor relations guidance.
