Construction Phase

Construction is underway! To support ongoing improvements at the Nannie J. Lee Center, select parking areas will be temporarily closed for construction staging over the next few months. Please refer to the Construction Activities section below for more information.

Construction Activities: Ongoing

• October 2026: The landscaping has been installed! Visitors to the Nannie J Lee Center will notice that the black mesh screen has now been removed and the courtyard can be viewed from outside the fence. There are still a few outstanding items to complete before opening the courtyard to the public to ensure building and safety codes are met responsibly. Weather permitting, the courtyard is projected to open in Spring 2027.
   
• July 2026: Construction is underway on the planter walls, stairs, and hardscape walls that will help create the foundation for future kids' camp and adult leisure programming at the Lee Center. This first phase is expected to be completed this fall, with additional improvements to follow.
   
• March 2026: Construction has begun! Please be mindful of the closed parking areas designated for construction staging over the next few months while we work to enhance the quality of amenities offered at the Nannie J. Lee Center.
