Housing Alexandria invites interested residents to open houses hosted at Longview Terrace and Arbelo Apartments. Both properties have affordable rental units available for households that earn equal to or less than 60% of Area Median Income. Applicants must income-qualify. Please note that the available units are not accessible.

Application Materials
The following materials are needed to apply for a unit:
- Government issued ID
- Children's birth certificates
- 4 of your most recent consecutive paystubs
- Tax returns (if self-employed)
- SSI letter from the last 120 days (if receiving SSI benefits)
