West End Transportation Improvements Projects Open House – October 29
A safer, more connected West End is on the way – and we want to share a look at what’s ahead! Community members are invited to join the City of Alexandria for an open house covering the project status and timelines on several transportation improvement projects coming to the West End at the Minnie Howard Campus on Thursday, October 29 from 5-8 p.m.
The event will serve as a one-stop shop for information on West End projects including:
- West End High-Crash Intersections Safety Audits
- I-395 at Duke Street
- King Street-Bradlee Safety & Mobility Enhancements
- West End Transitway
- South Van Dorn Street Bridges; and
- Access Improvements at Landmark
At the event, attendees will be able learn more about transportation improvement projects coming to the area and ask questions about the upcoming work.
