Each set of an operating budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) document costs approximately $100 to print. The associated costs from General Services for printing the Operating Budget book and the Capital Improvement Program book are as follows:

 OPERATING BUDGET BOOKS

 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BOOKS

  •  Pages: 479

  • TOTAL COST: $47.93

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) currently provides printed copies of both the operating and CIP budget documents to six City Council members and the City Manager at a cost of approximately $715.
