To help increase awareness, AIPA and the ICPRB welcome opportunities to conduct and participate in community outreach activities that allow AIPA staff to communicate information about the civilian oversight process.

Please contact AIPA if you or your organization is interested in arranging for AIPA/ICPRB to attend an event, or if you wish to obtain more information.

October 23rd, Virtual - AIPA Community Chat - Proposed Ordinance Changes for AIPA & ICPRB

The Alexandria Independent Policing Auditor (AIPA) Office held an online discussion regarding changes to enabling ordinances 4-1-5 thru 4-1-7 and 2-4-220 thru 2-4-229. Following an update from AIPA, community members will be encouraged to share their feedback and recommendations for civilian oversight of law enforcement in Alexandria.
