The Office of the Arts has procured a new online grant management program called Foundant and with it has launched the Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Arts Program grant. 

The Office of the Arts will conduct a series of webinars to assist interested applicants in navigating the new online grant management program and to prepare their grant applications. All applicants are required to attend the grant webinars. If applicants are not able to attend a webinar, they must set-up an appointment to receive one-on-one training.

To request a webinar link, email: arts@alexandriava.gov.  With the request, state the date and time of the webinar you wish to attend along with the name and email address for the person who will be attending. 

Grant Webinars:
Thursday, March 16,  6 p.m.

Wednesday, March 22, 6 p.m.

Monday, April 3, 4 p.m.

Annual Arts Programs occurring between July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, will be considered for funding. All grants require a 1:1 cash match. Online application forms, instructions, and frequently asked questions for the Arts Grant Program are available at www.alexandriava.gov/Arts. Deadline for grant submissions is Friday, April 14, 2023 at 5 p.m
