Zoning for Housing/Housing for All: Net New Units and How They Are Supported by Infrastructure

On September 5 the City Council and Planning Commissions held a joint work session where they received staff draft recommendations on the City’s proposed Zoning for Housing/Housing for All initiatives.

City staff have developed a companion document that summarizes the estimated number of housing units allowed through the initiative and how they are supported by infrastructure. This document is posted on the project website along with all background and meeting information.
