600 Block of North Columbus Street Sewer Separation Project
Project Summary
Phase: Construction
Status: Active
Small Area: Braddock Road Metro Station

Project Description
The City is disconnecting the sanitary sewer line for the 600 block of North Columbus Street from the combined sewer and connecting it to a fully separated sanitary sewer line. This will reduce the potential for sewer back-ups into building basements, caused by too much water entering the combined sewer system during periods of significant wet weather.
