Beauregard Design Advisory Committee Meeting

The Beauregard Design Advisory Committee (BDAC) will hold a meeting on Monday, September 9 from 7-8 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center, 4653 Taney Avenue. The agenda includes an introduction of a proposed multi-unit project at 1900 N Beauregard Street, an introduction of a proposed multi-unit building at 4880 Mark Center Drive, approval of previous meeting notes, and staff updates.

The purpose of the Beauregard Design Advisory Committee is to review applications for preliminary development plan special use permit approval within the Beauregard Small Area Plan for compliance with respective urban design guidelines or standards and make recommendations on such applications to the Planning Commission and City Council through the Director of Planning and Zoning.
