Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee Meeting
For immediate release: August 21, 2025

The Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee (PYDAC) will meet on Wednesday, August 27 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at City Hall, 301 King Street, in Conference Room 1900 (located on the first floor). Representatives for the proposed development in Landbays G and H will present updated plans for those projects.  

The role of PYDAC is to review development plans for compliance with the Design Guidelines and Standards for Potomac Yard. For further information, visit the PYDAC webpage or contact Dirk Geratz, Principal Planner.
