Try out an Electric Vehicle at the City of Alexandria’s EV Ride and Drive and Showcase 

This Earth Month, there’s no better time to see how an electric vehicle (EV) can fit into your life. EVs have no tailpipe emissions, which means less air pollution in our neighborhoods and a smaller carbon footprint for our community. EVs are also less expensive to fuel and operate than gas cars, putting money back in your pocket mile after mile.  

Come see which EV is right for you at the City of Alexandria’s EV Ride and Drive Event on Saturday, April 11.  

Get behind the wheel of EVs from local Hyundai, Nissan, Ford, Honda, and Rivian. Book your Rivian test drive today!  

Local EV owners will also be on hand with their EVs to share their real-world experiences and answer your questions about charging, driving range, and what it's actually like to make the switch. 

Don't drive a car? Come try out micromobility options like electric bikes or scooters. Eco-City Business Handy Bikes will have e-bikes to test ride, along with the City’s micromobility operators!
