Witter Place Apartments is accepting applications for its lottery-based lease-up process starting today, May 14 through 11:59 p.m. on June 1, 2026. Witter Place, upon completion, will have 94 two- and three-bedroom affordable units. The community is anticipated to be ready for occupancy no later than September 1.

To ensure the safety of both prospective residents and the construction team, applicants are kindly asked to not visit Witter Place in person to submit an application. Witter Place is currently an active construction site. Visitors on or near the property cannot be accommodated at this time.
