Fairfax County has opened its Project Based Voucher waitlist at six properties and in its Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program properties until Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. To apply for the waitlist, applicants will need to register online at the Applicant Portal and provide an email address, phone number, household income information, and information on household composition. 

Please note: applications are open to households living outside of Fairfax County. Preference is given to households based on household income, rent burden, residency or employment in Fairfax County, employment status, and to seniors or persons with disabilities.
