Opportunity for Feedback on Revised Proposed Short-Term Residential Rental Regulations
For immediate release: October 29, 2024

In August, the City released new proposed regulations for short-term residential rentals for the community’s review. Community members are invited to watch a 14-minute video that reviews what we’ve heard to date and how input received informed revised proposed regulations.

Following the video and review of printed materials, community members are encouraged to share additional feedback through an online form by November 17. Based on comments received, staff may propose additional changes prior to City Council’s consideration of the proposed regulations in February.
