Community Meeting on Proposed CDD#21 Amendment

City staff will hold a virtual community meeting on Thursday, February 13, at 7 p.m. to review a proposed amendment that brings Coordinated Development District (CDD) #21 zoning in line with the AlexWest Small Area Plan adopted by City Council in November 2024. The CDD #21 amendment is anticipated for Planning Commission and City Council consideration in March.
