Old Town North Urban Design Advisory Committee Meeting (Hybrid)
The Urban Design Advisory Committee (UDAC) serving Old Town North will meet on Wednesday, June 11 at 9 a.m. to conduct their regular meeting at City Hall (301 King Street) Room 1101 (Sister Cities Conference Room on the first floor). The primary meeting topic includes an applicant presentation on the redevelopment of the Potomac River Generating Station (PRGS) site. The applicant will engage with UDAC members on the design approach of the redevelopment of Blocks B & C as well as the two open space plans and answer questions raised by members of the community.

The purpose of UDAC is to review development plans for compliance with the Urban Design Standards and Guidelines of Old Town North. Applications are presented to UDAC on an as-needed basis and are discussed during public meetings.
