Community Meeting on Proposed Land Use Text Amendments
The Department of Planning & Zoning will hold a community meeting on Monday, September 22 to discuss potential updates to the Zoning Ordinance related to residential properties, commercial operations, and historic preservation. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 301 King Street, Sister Cities Conference Room 1101 (located on the first floor).
Throughout this process, staff will examine how current regulations work in practice, identify areas where clarity or updates may be needed, and gather community input to inform potential changes. For further information, visit the project webpage.
