Join us for the next Department of Planning & Zoning virtual community update on Thursday, October 30 at 6 p.m. October's meeting will include updates on the Duke Street Land Use planning process, the Housing 2040 Master Plan process, redevelopment projects under review throughout the city, upcoming proposed zoning text amendments and more. These updates offer community members an opportunity to stay informed about larger development projects under consideration, changes to regulations that affect new development, and upcoming planning initiatives. We encourage you to attend and learn where to find more information and how to participate in the process.
