Planning & Zoning Virtual Community Update

Join us for the next Department of Planning & Zoning virtual community update on Thursday, January 8 at 6 p.m. January's meeting will include information on how and why the City conducts stormwater reviews for development projects, the Duke Street Land Use planning and the Housing 2040 Master Plan processes, redevelopment projects under review throughout the city, proposed zoning text amendments for commercial-to-residential conversions and more.  The virtual meeting can be accessed through the following:   

These updates offer community members an opportunity to stay informed about larger development projects under consideration, changes to regulations that affect new development, and upcoming planning initiatives. We encourage you to attend and learn where to find more information and how to participate in the process.
