Reminder: Duke Street Land Use Plan Virtual Community Meeting #5
For immediate release: April 21, 2026 

 

Please join us for the Duke Street Land Use Plan Community Meeting #5 on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. online via Zoom. The meeting will introduce the draft framework elements of the future Plan, including proposed Building Heights, Land Use, the Mobility Network, and the Open Space Network. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A. Language interpretation in Spanish and Amharic will be available. For more information about what a Framework Plan is, visit our project page (alexandriava.gov/DukeStreetPlan).

 

The virtual meeting can be accessed through the following: 

 

After the meeting, a digital version of the Framework Plan with the opportunity to comment will be posted on the Engagement Hub (https://alexandriava.mysocialpinpoint.com/framework-plan) as well as on the project page (alexandriava.gov/DukeStreetPlan) through Thursday, May 28.
