The City of Alexandria Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities Department has decided to make the following adjustments in programming due to unhealthy air quality conditions:

• Warwick Pool and Old Town Pool will be closed all day.
• Sports fields will be closed all day.
• All outdoor programming with RPCA and other sports partners will be canceled.
• OSTP after school programming will occur indoors only.

RPCA will assess conditions tomorrow morning, Friday, June 9, to determine if any further cancelations or facility closures are needed.

Residents are advised to limit their time outdoors today and encourage use of our indoor fitness facilities for exercise purposes.
