🌳Your Park, Your Voice: Vote on Future Amenities at Ben Brenman Park🌳

The Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities (RPCA) and the Virginia Walkability Action Institute (VWAI) work together to improve Ben Brenman Park.
Help us decide on the future amenities in Ben Brenman Park!
The City of Alexandria’s Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities (RPCA) is partnering with VWAI to enhance the amenities at Ben Brenman Park. With newly awarded funding, VWAI will be improving a key trail segment that connects Cameron Station Linear Park to Holmes Run—creating a more inviting, connected walking loop that leads to the heart of the park.
While the trail is well-positioned near the dog park and volleyball courts, it is currently underused and presents an opportunity for improvement. This project aims to revitalize the area and introduce interactive features that engage visitors of all ages.
We want your input! 📝 Take a quick 5-minute survey to help shape what interactive elements are added. Options include educational signage, sensory features, and wellness equipment designed to encourage exploration and growth.
Our goal is to make Ben Brenman Park even more dynamic, inclusive, and accessible by enhancing this beloved green space for all who enjoy it.
