RPCA’s Out of School Time Registration Opens June 25 at 9 a.m.

The Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities (RPCA) Out of School Time Program (OSTP) Registration for the 2025-26 School Year will open on Wednesday, June 25 at 9 a.m. Due to high demand, we’ve implemented a Virtual Waiting Room to ensure a smooth and efficient registration experience for all users. We encourage all new customers to establish a household account and all existing customers to confirm their current username and password before the registration date. To do so, please visit alexandriava.gov/webtrac or call 703.746.5414.
 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Before 9 a.m.: If you visit the registration site before 9 a.m., you’ll be randomly placed in the queue, waiting for registration to open at 9 a.m. Logging on before 9 a.m. does not determine your space in line. 

  • After 9 a.m.: If you arrive after 9 a.m., you’ll be assigned the next available spot in line. Once it’s your turn, you will be automatically redirected to the registration page to complete your enrollment.
