Looking to stay active, meet new people, and explore new interests? Join us for a special orientation designed just for adults aged 55 and up!  

Event details:  

• What: Senior Recreation Orientation 
• When: Wednesday, August 6, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Where: Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave.) 
• Who: City residents ages 55+ and caregivers
• Why: To build community and explore programs that support healthy aging and social connection! 

What to expect:  

• Overview of fitness classes, hobby groups, social events, and other offered programs 
• Opportunities to meet staff and instructors
• Help with program registration, financial aid, and other resources
• Light refreshments and snacks, and the chance to mingle with other seniors in the community 

Whether you’re looking to get active, make new friends, or just see what’s available, this welcoming session is a great place to start.
