Chinquapin Park Recreation Center & Aquatics Facility will reopen on Monday, September 22, while the Soft Playroom will reopen on Tuesday, September 23.

We are excited to welcome you back! Over the past several weeks, we’ve completed a full center cleaning, added a new lifeguard office, and installed fresh pool plaster. The heavy construction for the new front desk, lobby lift, and universal changing rooms is finished, with final touches scheduled for completion by January 31, 2026.

Please note that our accessibility improvement project is still underway. You may notice some construction activity, including occasional noise and dust. All safety measures will be followed throughout the construction. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to enhance your facility.
