Grab the Summer of Smiles Camp Guide online or pick up a copy at any City of Alexandria recreation center. Inside, you will find camp options for ages 2 to 17 including sports, creative arts, technology, nature, performing arts, excursions, STEM, Camp Adventure, Out of School Time, and classic summer favorites.

Extra Flexibility for Families
Most camps offer extended care with fun activities such as arts and crafts, movies, and games at select locations. Before Care is available from 7 to 9 a.m. and After Care from 4 to 6 p.m.
Register and Secure Your Spot
Registration for Summer 2026 camps begins at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18 for City residents and Friday, February 20 for nonresidents. Sign up online or visit the Lee Center at 1108 Jefferson St.
