City of Alexandria to Host Community Meeting for the Colonial Avenue Sanitary Sewer Separation Project
The City of Alexandria invites community members to a design information meeting on Thursday, July 10 from 7 to 8 p.m. to learn about an upcoming sanitary sewer separation project taking place in the 1000 Block of Vernon Street, 1000 Block of N Henry Street, and at the intersection of First Street & N Fayette Street.
City staff will give a presentation at the Charles Houston Recreation Center (901 Wythe Street). The presentation will focus on the proposed sewer alignment, potential construction impacts and project schedule. Members of the community will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback as City staff work towards final project design.
