Homemaker Personal Care Services Program
The Homemaker Personal Care Services Program provides in-home assistance for low-income adults over the age of 60 and/or adults who have severe disabilities that prevent them from performing these tasks independently. Depending on the needs of the individual, the aide can assist with:
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Light meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
Homemaker Personal Care Services Program Income Guidelines
Individuals must meet income guidelines. Individual income must be below $2,472 per month and household income for a family of two must be below $3,232 per month to qualify for this service. There may be a waiting list.

CareRing Services is a free daily telephone calling program designed to help individuals who are living alone, aged, disabled or chronically ill maintain their independence and maintain connection to the community.
