City Council Priorities Discussion

The City Council discussed a proposal to update their priorities; OPA in partnership with the City Manager's Office developed a proposal based upon the Council's direction (2/13/24).

City earns ASPA Organizational Leadership Award

The City has received the 2023 Organizational Leadership Award from the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA).

OPA 10 Year Anniversary

In 2012, the City Council created OPA to support their vision for a data-informed City government to improve services for the community.  Through the City Council’s and City Manager’s support, the Office in 10 years has realized that vision and has been recognized nationally.

ICMA Excellence 16x9 with Background

ICMA Award

The City earned the ICMA Certificate of Excellence in performance management, the highest award available.  The City has previously earned an ICMA award in 2019 and 2020.
