Dance for All Ages

Senior Health & Fitness Fair
Ages 55+ | 5/21, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. | Lee Center | Free
Co-sponsored-Successful Aging Committee: DCHS/Aging & Adult Services, RPCA, ARHA, Catholic Charities & SSA. Features: guest speaker, cooking demo, health screenings, and fitness demo. RSVP is encouraged: events@seniorservicesalex.org.
Senior Specialty Programs
Senior Specialty programs offer engaging opportunities designed to support active, healthy aging. Unless otherwise noted, these programs are for City residents only. Power Plus Clubs
Power-Plus Clubs are ongoing & free unless otherwise noted. Clubs include game nights, social hours, dance, fitness, movie nights, Zumba, walking clubs & more. Please see the latest Senior guide above for details.
Power Plus Sports

Robust Walking

Successful Aging Committee (SAC)
A group of program managers who collaborate to share information & provide several citywide activities for older adults in Alexandria. For additional information, please call 703.746.5429 or 703.746.5676. SAC events include: Dance for All Ages, Senior Health & Fitness Fair & Holiday Luncheon.
