Budget Question # 64: Capital Improvement Program (Page 10.44): Can you provide a breakdown of the allocation of the $73.2 million allocated to the DCHS Consolidation and Co-Location project in FY 2023? (Mayor Wilson)

Response: The $73.2 million project cost includes $61.2 million for exercising the purchase option of 4850 Mark Center as approved by City Council on July 7, 2020.  The additional budget includes $1 million for design; $9 million for construction; and $2 million for furniture, fixtures and equipment including technology requirements for the additional two floors included in the purchase and for the west end service center.
