On Sunday, November 17 at 10:57 p.m. the Alexandria Fire Department responded to a commercial building fire at 103 South Saint Asaph St. An origin and cause investigation of the fire was initiated. The building is a commercial building that has multiple business/mercantile tenants. The fire was determined to have originated on the first floor. The case remains open at this time, pending further investigation and review of information but is being treated as accidental in nature at this time.
