Williamson attended the University of Kansas School of Law as a Rice Scholar. Upon graduation, Williamson worked as an attorney in Los Angeles handling workers’ compensation, labor, and employment cases for three years before turning her focus to public sector human resources. Subsequently, Williamson worked in human resources, labor relations, and advocacy within the counties of Los Angeles (CA) and Arlington (VA). Most recently, Williamson served as Administrative Services Chief for Arlington County’s Department of Environmental Services, managing the department’s HR and Organizational Development team. We are excited for Alyssa to begin her new journey in this critical role for our organization.​
