Compensation & Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Compensation & HRIS develops and maintains the City's classification system and pay plans, develops minimum qualifications for job categories, prepares a variety of technical reports, performs classifications and organizational studies, conducts salary surveys, in addition to functional management of the City's human resources information system.

The class specifications provide a description of the typical duties associated with a job classification.
