What's New for Alex311?
The Alex311 portal and app are now more user-friendly, with a modern, accessible, mobile-responsive design. The latest version of the Alex311 app is set to launch on December 22!
Get Started With the New Platform
Visit alexandriava.gov/Alex311 or download the Alex311 app from your favorite app store. The Alex311 app is available for Apple and Android devices. The website can be used on any computer or mobile device. Explore how easy it is to access City services right at your fingertips. We would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
